Ghadeer is a great front desk persons. In fact all of them are great. The hotel is quiet at night and I enjoyed staying here for 5 nights. The breakfast is okay too but nothing out ordinary, still value for money. The staffs are v attentive and kind. I even store my bags in hotel on the day of check put because my flight is at night. Ive been to a few other hotels in Dubai but this is one of the best price and service. Definitely coming back to this hotel next time in Dubai. 🥰💚

Great experience staying at this hotel. The rooms are clean and staff is very courteous. They helped us decorate the room for a special occasion and also helped keep the luggage after checkout until our flight departure time.

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of our trip and again Very nice hotel The location was Central as needed to go to Meena Bazaar, Gold Souk, and Naif Souk The gentleman at the Concierge Desk Ruben He was the highlight of our stay. I would give him 5 stars plus. He helped us find our favorite restaurant, our luggage (he stored our extra luggage whilst we traveled) he was super super polite not only with us but to all the guests Finally, when it was time to leave, he weighed our luggage made sure we ready for the airport asked us if we need food before we leave and got us out taxi. Ruben, you made us feel very special. You are truly awesome 👌 thank you from our hearts 💕

I had a negative encounter at this purported 5-star hotel. Initially, I asked the reception to allow a visitor for an hour, but they declined. Despite mentioning my VIP access, I found the quality of items in the bathroom, such as shavers, to be subpar. Shaving was challenging and disappointing for a hotel with a 5-star rating.
